Tricia Glass
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tricia Glass, MSJ, is Executive Director of Quiet Communities, where she brings a combination of experience as a journalist and seasoned nonprofit leader to the fight against noise pollution. Early in her career she worked as a reporter, including time at Reuters and UPI, developing instincts she has carried into two decades of nonprofit work advancing causes at the intersection of environment, community, and social impact.
She has advised and led a wide range of organizations, serving on the board of the Oceanside Conservation Trust of Casco Bay, as vice president of Sustainable Wellesley, and as an executive board member at Boston-based Tenacity, where she helped transform the organization's signature fundraiser from gala to tennis tournament. She was a founding board member of Beyond the 11th, TentED, and Razia's Ray of Hope, and has held staff roles at ARZU Studio Hope in Chicago and The Steppingstone Foundation in Boston. She is an occasional contributor to The Boston Globe.
Tricia holds a Master's from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a BA from Colby College.

Gina M. Briggs, JD, LLM, is Executive Editor at Quiet Coalition and serves on the Legal Advisory Council for Quiet Communities. Currently, she is a deputy editor of Law360’s Tax Authority State and Local Tax. Before she began her focus on noise and quiet advocacy, she was a tax lawyer.

Rachael Cassells

Rachael Cassells, MA, is a photographer, filmmaker, creative strategist, writer, editor and advisor dedicated to supporting and amplifying the work and voices of leaders in the creative, cultural, health, social justice and climate fields. She has extensive experience producing and editing short-form documentary projects, oral histories, community testimonies, and storytelling and communications content for various nonprofit organizations, communities and leaders.

Halimat Olunlade
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Halimat Olunlade combines her passion for environmental health with creative storytelling in her role for QC. Growing up in urban environments, she understands firsthand the impact of noise pollution on community wellbeing. As an ecology student at Northeastern University with a background in science communication, she brings a unique perspective to environmental advocacy. She also contributes as a writer and editor for the Quiet Matters Newsletter.

BUSINESS MANAGER
Beth Schultze is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in operations and project management. Her expertise extends across data analytics, financial reporting, and bookkeeping, and her leadership experience includes guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Driven by a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement, Beth is currently advancing into a Business Manager role, where she continues to contribute her deep operational knowledge and commitment to excellence.

Dee Williams is the Technology Assistant at Quiet Communities. She has a background in research and data analysis and is currently pursuing a master’s in computer science at Boston University. Dee is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and is passionate about the possibility of using technology to increase the reach and capabilities of nonprofits seeking to make a positive impact on the world. She attended Brown University as an undergraduate.
