The openPR website reported on research from Persistence Market Research showing that the hearing protection devices market is driven by rising noise levels. The report goes on to discuss active versus passive hearing protection, the various market segments and the importance of meeting regulations. It also mentions specific companies in this market.

There are several methods to control noise levels, including barriers, reflection, containment and use of sound absorbing materials, but the best method is to reduce noise at its source. Do this, and one won’t need to wear hearing protection devices at all, or as much.

A quieter world will be a better and healthier world for all.
